Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final
All purchases made through the Marmu Shop — whether completed with tokens or cash — are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to change of mind, incorrect size selection, or preference.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
Damaged or Defective Items
We stand behind the quality of every item we ship. If your order arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it at no cost to you.
To be eligible for a replacement:
- You must contact us within 30 days of the delivery date as confirmed by the carrier tracking information.
- You must provide photographic evidence of the damage or defect at the time of contact.
- The item must not have been damaged after delivery through misuse, washing errors, or normal wear.
To submit a replacement request, email us at developer@mistorchen.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the item.
Approved replacements will be shipped to the original delivery address on file. We reserve the right to decline replacement requests that do not meet the above criteria.
Token Purchases
Tokens are earned through in-app activity and are non-refundable once redeemed for a physical item. If your token redemption order qualifies for a replacement under the damaged/defective policy above, the replacement will be fulfilled at no additional token cost.

Mistorchen LLC reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time and without prior notice. Any changes will be reflected on this page. Continued use of the Marmu Shop following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
