1. Agreement

These Terms of Service (this "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the Marmu Shop, located at store.marmupt.com (the "Shop"), operated by Mistorchen LLC. By placing an order or accessing the Shop, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Shop.

Mistorchen LLC may modify this Agreement at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to this page. Continued use of the Shop constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order through the Marmu Shop. By completing a purchase, you represent that you meet this requirement. The Shop is intended for personal, non-commercial use only.

3. Products and Availability

All products listed in the Marmu Shop are subject to availability. Mistorchen LLC reserves the right to discontinue any product, modify product descriptions or pricing, or limit quantities available for purchase at any time without prior notice.

Product images are for illustrative purposes. Minor variations in color, texture, or finish may occur due to monitor settings or manufacturing.

4. Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD). Mistorchen LLC reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time. The price displayed at the time your order is confirmed is the price you will be charged.

5. Orders and Payment

By submitting an order, you authorize Mistorchen LLC to charge your selected payment method for the total order amount, including applicable taxes and shipping. Orders are not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed.

Mistorchen LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent or that cannot be fulfilled. If your order is cancelled after payment has been collected, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

6. Shipping and Fulfillment

See the Shipping Policy for full details on fulfillment timelines, shipping costs, carriers, and delivery estimates. Mistorchen LLC is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs authorities.

7. Refunds and Replacements

All sales are final. Mistorchen LLC does not accept returns or exchanges. Replacements are available only for items that arrive damaged or defective, subject to the terms of the Refund Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

All content in the Marmu Shop, including product designs, graphics, text, logos, and images, is the property of Mistorchen LLC and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Shop content without prior written permission from Mistorchen LLC.

9. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the Marmu Shop to:

• Place fraudulent orders or submit false information
• Manipulate token balances or circumvent the token redemption system
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Shop's operation
• Violate any applicable local, state, federal, or international law

Mistorchen LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Shop for any user found to have violated these terms.

10. Disclaimer

The Marmu Shop and all products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Mistorchen LLC makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Mistorchen LLC disclaims all warranties relating to the Shop and its products.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mistorchen LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Shop or any products purchased through it, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Mistorchen LLC's total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mistorchen LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Shop, your violation of this Agreement, or your violation of any applicable law.

13. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with the Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, Payment Policy, and Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Mistorchen LLC with respect to your use of the Marmu Shop.
