Shipping Policy

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and carrier rates. No shipping costs are absorbed by Mistorchen LLC.

Orders meeting the applicable free shipping threshold will have shipping costs waived automatically at checkout. Free shipping applies to cash purchases of $60 or more shipping to a U.S. address only. Orders completed via token redemption do not qualify for free shipping regardless of order value.

Fulfillment

Orders are processed and fulfilled by Mistorchen LLC. Fulfillment times vary by product and are subject to change. Please allow up to 7 business days for your order to be fulfilled and prepared for shipment. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Fulfillment timelines begin on the next business day following order confirmation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Mistorchen LLC reserves the right to modify fulfillment timelines at any time without prior notice.

Shipping Destinations

We ship to addresses within the United States and internationally. International customers are solely responsible for all applicable customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the order total and are collected by the destination country's customs authority. Mistorchen LLC has no control over customs processing times and is not responsible for delays caused thereof.

Carriers

Orders are shipped via USPS. A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped. Mistorchen LLC reserves the right to substitute carriers at its discretion without prior notice to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery timelines are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed by Mistorchen LLC. Mistorchen LLC assumes no liability for delays caused by carrier operations, weather events, customs processing, or any other circumstance outside of our direct control.

Address Accuracy

You are solely responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and deliverable shipping address at checkout. Mistorchen LLC is not liable for orders that are delayed, undelivered, or returned as a result of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. In the event an order is returned to Mistorchen LLC due to an undeliverable address, the customer will be responsible for any and all reshipping costs before the order is re-dispatched.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a carrier has marked an order as delivered, Mistorchen LLC's fulfillment obligation is considered complete. Mistorchen LLC assumes no responsibility for packages that are lost, stolen, or otherwise unaccounted for following a confirmed delivery scan. Customers experiencing post-delivery issues are advised to contact the carrier directly and, where applicable, file a claim with the carrier.
